This place is perfect and quite tidy. The room here is small but neat, with a cozy feel. The staff are really friendly and super kind throughout our stay. 😊

The staff were amazingly nice and friendly in case of questions. I loved the room, the bed was large. A storage and coffee turned out to be good. The location was great and unbeatable for first time visitors to London. This hotel was in a downtown area. An underground station was minutes from the place.

We loved our choice to stay at 23 in London. Every staff member was amazingly nice and friendly.- The room had large beds and included storage and coffee.- The location was just minutes away from an underground station, making traveling easy.

The hotel location was favourable super close to metro station. I got a nice little room with large windows, a storage and coffee. The atmosphere created was cozy.

Unfortunately my room was far too small.

The service was good, we felt welcome.

This place is centrally located and just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. the Olympia Exhibition Centre is only 2 km away, so there's plenty to explore nearby.

Tbh, had a very nice stay for holidays. Clean, affordable hotel, I liked neat and beautifully maintained rooms and amicable staff. Moreover, the property was minutes from a subway station;)))

The location of this place is great, near West Kensington tube station, and my room was cozy with a comfortable bed, spacious windows, storage area.

The location was marvelous, just a 10-15 minute walk from Olympia Exhibition Centre. It was also close to national express from the west, West Kensington tube station, Stamford Bridge, and food stores.

The place was fairly clean. We loved the standard double room. service. The 23 in London is a fantastic place with clean rooms, great service, and a convenient location close to the subway. The standard double room was especially delightful, and the overall experience was wonderful.
